Refund policy

Each artwork is prepared and packed with the greatest care.

Because original works are unique pieces, returns and refunds are handled with particular attention and within the conditions set out below. If you have any concern regarding your order, the studio invites you to get in touch promptly so that an appropriate solution may be found.

1. Return period

A return request may be made within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, undamaged, and in its original protective packaging, together with any accompanying documentation where applicable.

2. How to request a return

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the title of the artwork
  • the date of delivery
  • the reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return shipping

Unless the artwork is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective upon arrival, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The artwork must be packed with the same level of care and protection as for its original shipment. The studio may provide return instructions where appropriate, but the safe return of the work remains essential for eligibility.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact the studio as soon as possible after receipt, ideally with photographs of the packaging and the artwork, so that the matter may be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

5. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • custom commissions
  • personalized works
  • special orders created or adapted at the client’s request
  • gift cards
  • sale items, unless required otherwise by applicable law

6. Exchanges

Because each available artwork is unique, direct exchanges are generally not possible.

If you wish to select another work, the original piece must first be returned and approved in accordance with this policy, after which a separate purchase may be made.

7. Refunds

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, you will be informed whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time needed for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence, including any statutory cancellation rights where applicable.
